Your privacy

We have recently updated our privacy policy to explain how we protect your personal information in accordance with the EU’s new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our updated policy provides more information about:
– the information we collect;
– how we use this information, why we store it and why we keep it; and – sharing your information with third parties, cookie policies and how you can request that your information be updated, corrected or deleted.

Personal data we process

All our data is stored in the Planaday system and we are working with Podio, owned by Citrix, based in the United

States. Citrix is certified for the EU-US Privacy Shield under which data can be exchanged securely with it.

How long do we keep your data?

Personal data will no longer be kept in a form that allows the data subject to

identify, than is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they are collected

or subsequently processed.

– Unless otherwise specified, the retention period ends two years after the last contact with data subject.

– Upon termination of the agreement entered into with the client, all of the natural person’s

traceable data, dates and/or two years after the client’s counseling ends

deleted. Data necessary for legal retention will be kept for 10 years. This

data cannot be traced directly back to the individual.

Your rights regarding your personal data:

– Data about surfing behavior on our website (processed anonymously)
– Name data
– Gender
– Phone number
– Other personal data you actively provide, in correspondence and by phone
– E-mail address

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process:

BSN numbers for the Integrationists in connection with DUO procedure.

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are under the age of 16. Unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in their children’s online activities in order to avoid collecting data about children without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@bogaerstalen.nl and we will delete this information.

Sharing personal data with third parties

Bogaers Taleninstituut BV does not sell your data to third parties and only discloses it to third parties and only when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.

Cookies, or similar techniques, that we use
Bogaers Taleninstituut uses only technical and functional cookies. And analytical cookies that do not invade your privacy. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone the first time you visit this website. The cookies we use are necessary for the technical operation of the website and your ease of use. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences. They also allow us to optimize our website. You can opt out of cookies by setting your Internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. In addition, you can also delete any information previously stored via your browser settings.

View, correct or delete data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data.

You also have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Bogaers Taleninstituut and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can request us to send the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to you or another organization named by you.

You may send a request to access, correct, delete, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@bogaerstalen.nl

To make sure that the request for inspection is made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. In this copy, black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.

How we secure personal data
Bogaers Taleninstituut takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us at info@bogaerstalen.nl.
