The digital skills course is a customized course for both beginners and advanced students. For beginners there is still a lot of unfamiliarity with computers. Especially for them there is an introductory course that takes away this unfamiliarity. Participants practice using the mouse and the most common programs and apps. Participants are enthusiastic about the low-threshold but appealing assignments.
Advanced topics covered include: virus scanners, installing and uninstalling programs, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Participants’ needs are identified beforehand. Some participants want to Skype with family, others want to learn Internet banking or get their financial records in order in Excel. Under the guidance of an experienced trainer, this is identified in advance and then addressed.
The classes are for anyone who wants to become more proficient with the computer or tablet. The course is taught in small groups on computers of Bogaers Taleninstituut or your own equipment.
